What you get:
Expert tuition at some of the best-established paddle sport centres in Britain. All your gear will be provided, and whether you decide to kayak, canoe or raft it will take less than a day to have the basics wired. Instruction is in small groups but one-to-one tuition can often be arranged at a premium.

When?
Obviously summer and autumn are the warmest months but all these sports can be done year-round - and for more excitement on the rivers, wait until there's been a bit of rain to liven things up.
