A wild combination of scrambling, climbing, traversing, cliff jumping and swimming that was first developed in Pembrokeshire in the 80s and 90s and has now taken off all over the world.

What you get:

You'll get a guide who will lead a group of between two and maybe eight or so people on a route chosen to suit your abilities. You'll also be provided with wetsuit, helmet and buoyancy aid, and routes generally last half a day.

Full Day - Around £90

When?

Summer is most popular but the sea doesn't really cool down until well into autumn, and later in the season there's more chance of a bit of swell to add some interest to the experience.
