

The True Taste Wales Food & Drink Awards recognise quality, innovation and excellence in the Welsh food and drink industry with more than 900 products and services judged each year by a panel of independent specialist judges including Franco Taruschio and Bryn Williams.

Whole Glamorgan Chicken
Oaklands Organic’s whole chicken is free-range and organic. They contain no additives or preservatives and has been fed a 100% GM-free organic diet.
Pork & Chilli Sausages
Edwards of Conwy have a long standing tradition of making award winning sausages. This year their pork & chilli sausages received a silver award.
Hafod Organic Cheddar
A traditional handmade hard cheese. It has a smooth, close-knit texture and a rich and nutty taste with a slight tang on the finish.
Lemon Drizzle Cake
Baked on site at Thornhill Farm Shop everyday using the farm’s own eggs, fresh lemons and no additives or preservatives.
Alderwicks Elderflower Cordial
A refreshing cordial made with wild Pembrokeshire elderflowers and natural Pembrokeshire spring water.
Evan-Evans Cwrw
This winning beer is a premium beer, and has a malty, biscuity, distinctive taste – a drink that people will enjoy drinking.
Welsh Heather Honey
Harvested from the mountains near Wrexham the Welsh mountain heather honey has unique taste, texture and appearance.
Wild Anglesey Oak Smoked Sea Bass
Locally sourced Sea Bass smoked over oak for a wonderful flavour.
Laverbread, cheese and oatmeal burgers
A unique mix, delicious served in a wholemeal roll with a fried egg and tomato.
